Introducing the M.I.L.E.S Program – Empowering Young Adults for Independent Living & Careers
We are thrilled to introduce the M.I.L.E.S Program – Merint Independent Living & Employment Skills Program, specially designed for young adults aged 16 and above!
This vocational program is tailored to support individuals with ADHD, Mild Autism, Down syndrome, Learning Difficulties, Hearing Impairments, and Speech Impairments in building a meaningful career.
Program Highlights:
Career Preparation: Internships with reputed organizations across the UAE, offering a pathway to potential job placements.
Comprehensive Training: Hands-on training is provided both at our facility and on the job to ensure a seamless transition to independence.
Inclusive Opportunities: A supportive environment empowers participants to develop essential skills and confidence.
Job Opportunity: Post internship , job placement opportunities
Eligibility Criteria:
Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
Age – Above 16 – 35 yrs.
Location of Training & Internships – Dubai
Locations of Job Placement – Dubai
